Cable internet Outage NSW 2160 5 days now

cable Internet for Merrylands West 2160 has been down since the 5th of Jan 2019. Outage Telstra site keeps saying ( Services should be restored: To be confirmed ) everyday. When will this outage be fixed?

From what I can tell the issue has been identified and its being actively worked on

Tentative is 10am tomorrow at this stage

No not today.. page now says tomorrow now...

I am paying for the services thus I expect better communication as to the problem and resolution.

Once the outage has been restored the billing team will be able to organise credit for the connection downtime. The faults team may be able to look into interim data options in the meantime on 133933 or via live chat online here.
