I bought the mobile wifi in June last year and used it for a while but have let it expire for the last few months as I have not needed the service now am going on holidays and the prepaid number has dropped off "My Account" how can i recharge it
This post looks remarkably similar to another one posted today.
It would seem you have lost the number if it no longer appears on My Account.
I would suggest you buy a new Telstra Pre-Paid Starter Kit, either the $30 variety or $2, but then you'll need to recharge once activated.
Provided your device supports it, you should have received an SMS from Telstra advising that your service was about to expire and that you should recharge to avoid losing your number. This is how all Australian prepaid providers operate - you don't recharge, you lose your number. The only difference between carriers/providers is the time after your recharge expires and before your service is cancelled.
