How come I got incorrect data limits?

I bought a BYO Plan $55 plan which was linked on this thread in Febuary

On that thread it said I should of got 3.5gb with the deal but instead I got 2.5gb only.

 

I spoke to the chat support a few times and they wern't quite useful into resolving my problem and funny enough they all gave different reasons each time.

 

Does anyone know about this deal that came out in Febuary? How do I go about getting what I should have? It seems some people on that thread I linked above were unable to get it, BUT were able to get it in the end when they called up support. I somehow wasn't able to get the result I desired. And would love to get an increase to 3.5GB as I did sign up solely because of it.

I hadn't seen that one you had linked, I know it did run for about 3 weeks from the start of april until the end.

the official announcement wasn't for a bit after the one you linked and has the full details.....

It would depend on exactly when you signed up as to if you were eligible or not...

I signed up on the 26th Feb but this deal was posted before that.

Well if you were in that eligible period, your best bet would be to lodge a complaint with the link I provided and let them sort it out, might not hurt to send them the link to the crowd support page you just linked... they should be able to get it sorted out.

If they are unable / unwilling to get it sorted for you, submit the details to the TIO (who will need the complaint reference number which you will get from the complaint team) and let them know you signed up during the promotional period and have tried to get it sorted and yet to get it sorted. Smiley Happy
