I have a NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK 4G mobile rou

I have a new NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK 4G mobile router. It is working fine, however, after using it for over a week it is still showing that I have not used any GB. On the screen it also says I have 1 new alert as well as new unread message and to visit http://m.home. I have tried this but can't get passed the Admin user name. What should I be doing?
