Mobile Broadband Upgrade

I upgraded our mobile broadband two weeks ago and haven't heard anything, go into our telstra provider here to be told that we need to do a credit check which we have to call them about. Try calling and we can't get through!!!! Has something to do with a credit check which is weird being an upgrade to the service we already have? Need help sorting out what to do....... We live in a rural town and don't have many options.....

Nothing can be done through Crowdsupport, you will need to ask the question either via 132200, Facebook or Twitter as nobody here has access to Accounts/Billing systems.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
