Mobile broadband device upgrades

I've got a Netgear 4GX device I've had for a few years. It recently showed a message that an upgrade was waiting to be installed. I selected 'upgrade now' and a few minutes later got a message saying it had failed. A week or so later the same thing happened again. I can't find anything on the device to re-start the upgrade. How do I get the upgrade to install?
