My Pocket Wi-fi can't connect to Wi-fi

Hi - I just bought a prepaid my pocket wifi. I registered in store and the little screen looks like it's working fine.


When i go to log in to the wifi, the password showing on the screen doesn't work.


I am trying to connect to the correct wifi as displayed on the screen. Please Help!

I just solved the problem to this:

 

Hold down the two black buttons (power and menu) for 5 seconds - then select reset factory settings.

 

Once it reboots - enter the wifi password on the front of the device. Please KUDO this post if it helped!
