New Pre paid plan

I have a ipad which I purchaced a $2 sim for aboutn a month ago but did not use it as I was just hotspotting off the phone, when I had seen these new prepaid offers I decided to go that way as they suited my usage perfectly.

 

I like others could not get access to them via the website so I wanded into the local T shop and he said its fine he woould sell me the $50 credit and I just had to put the voucher number in and I would get the 5gig for 12months, I proceded to do this but I seem to have been put on the old 60 day plan, what is my best option now to resolve this?

Have a direct talk with the Pre-Paid support team first off. You can find contact details at the following link: https://www.telstra.com.au/contact-us/products-services  Select pre paid.

 

If you can't get a resolution there, I'd return to the shop and speak with them to get things sorted.

Yeah, as Jeff said you'll need to speak to Prepaid customer service.

I had no issues switching my prepaid broadband to the new Data Pass offer using the 24x7 app on my phone.

Thank you very much, a chat in the web chat interface and she fixed it up immediatly, and I have to say probably the most friendly and productive dealing I have ever had with any helpdesk.

 

Oh and I have to say these new prepaid plans suit me perfectly and are fantastic.
