I acquired a Nighthawk M1 last night and it's a sublime peice of hardware, I brought it for the Data Offloading functionality
Here are the steps taken that have reproduced this problem I am having
1) Ethernet connection to my macbook pro (Wifi is turned of on the machine)
2) set up password (It's been factory reset)
3) change the WiFi profiles to only single band
4) set up Data Offset - connecting to my home Telstra NBN Router
5) for about 10 seconds, everything on the dashboard says that it's connected to the home Wifi and it seems OK
then, the M1 will disconnect the Wifi and Broadband connections, always be in a constant 'Detecting Service' mode - it's wifi also no longer works.
I have tried setting it up via the web interface and also the netgear App on the iPhone - my home router services about 4 wifi devices and about 4 ethernet devices without incident
I then have to log into the web interface, and factory reset the box..
If someone can please give me any hints that would be great..
