Pocket wifi

Just brought my prepaid pocket wifi plus. Set it up and got email saying activated. Comes up when you search for it then it won't connect. Have reset it turned it off and on. Still won't connect ?????????

I would give them a ring on 132200 as it sounds like it is still not activated.


Edit: I assume you mean you can’t connect to the internet not the device.

On the screen it shows a wireless access point name and password.

When you type that in on your device, are you not able to connect to the network or are you not able to connect to the internet.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
