The 192.168.0.1/index.asp URL is providing me access to the 'Telstra Elite Pre-Paid Mobile Home Page' and other settings but I have (for about a week) been getting an "Error' ("An unexpected error has occurred. To recharge click here or call 1258887 to speak to a consultant") when I select "My Pre-Paid". Previously, I would get opitions including the ability to check my pre-paid balance. Is there a system wide problem or just a problem with my account? What can I do to check and correct?

It sounds to me that there is a problem with the account preventing you from connecting that needs further investigation. I would suggest that you contact our pre-paid group via chat (in my signature) so they can check that the account is in order.
