I wish to add my new prepaid phone number to the 24/7 app so I can recharge easily etc. support tells me to go to my account settings and select profile and preferences. There is no account settings, so there there is no profile and preferences. I tried online and have the same. Does this mean the app is a complete waste of time or am I missing something? I am in Qld. Thanks

You must be using the mobile site. Tap the three horizontal bars icon at the top left of the screen then tap Account Settings.
