I wish to add my new prepaid phone number to the 24/7 app so I can recharge easily etc. support tells me to go to my account settings and select profile and preferences. There is no account settings, so there there is no profile and preferences. I tried online and have the same. Does this mean the app is a complete waste of time or am I missing something? I am in Qld. Thanks

If you go online to Telstra my account using a WEB browser the settings are at the top right next to log out icon. Select account settings and then Add account.

Thanks, but there is nothing in the top right where the log out is exceptionally for a padlock. Touch that and it logs you out ☹️

You must be using the mobile site. Tap the three horizontal bars icon at the top left of the screen then tap Account Settings.
