Recharge Time

I activated a new $2 sim at around 6pm yesterday with a $50 recharge. It’s over 16 hours since then and device is connecting to the Telstra network but it’s saying I have no credit. I’ve been told it can take up to 24 to recharge? Is that true? It seems a long time to wait for something that’s been instant for me with other providers.

It shouldn't take that long. I'd be giving 125 8880 a call and ask them to have a look at the service to see if there is any reason why it would be taking so long.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
