Telstra 3G USB (E353T) - Cannot detect usb

After i inserted usb the connection manager icon appeared on the screen but disappeared when i clicked on it. Now nothing. Software did not load and on My Computer screen the drive is greyed out and says insert disk when double clicked. I have registered via another isp hoping that may do something.

If you are having difficulty activating or using your new Mobile Broadband device then I would suggest calling 13 22 00 as we have a Mobile Assurance team who are trained to assist with just this kind of enquiry.
