Telstra Elite Not Working

Answered

My Telstra Elite after approximately 5 years has decided to stop working this afternoon. If I purchase a new Telstra 4G version, will Telstra carry across all my credits from the old unit as they are significant?

Re: Telstra Elite Not Working

The device and your account are 2 separate things. Your account is associated with your SIM. If the SIMs are the same size, then put your old SIM in the new device. If not, get the store to swap for SIM for a correct sized one.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
