If it's activation that you are having problem with then give the Pre-Paid Activation's team a call on 1258887. You will need to have the Device, SIM and ID on you at the time of the call.
Saying that you have the same problem, doesn't really help as your post is a new topic on the board. In order to get the appropriate assistance the first time, you need to outline the problem even if you think you are responding to another person's post.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
