Telstra PrePaid 4GX Pro

Hi

 

I have tried several times to activate this Prepaid 4GX Wi Fi Pro starter kit and device, but the device type does not show up in the drop down menu, so I can't complete the activation.  I have noticed a few people have had this problem, is there a solution?

 

Why does Telstra make a simple activation process so complicated?  Thank you for your help.

Hi Seeker7,

Another option to activate your Prepaid 4GX Wi-Fi Pro is to call the Pre-Paid Activation's team on 1258887. I rang them a couple of year's back to activate my Pre-Paid internet device.
You'll need to have your driver's license, the sim card and the device in front of you when speaking to them.

You could also try Live Chat...but I'm not sure if they're able to activate it for you.
