Telstra PrePaid 4GX Pro

I have tried several times to activate this Prepaid 4GX Wi Fi Pro starter kit and device, but the device type does not show up in the drop down menu, so I can't complete the activation.  I have noticed lots of people have had this problem over the months and you have stated a number of times this will be fixed, very frustrating...what are you doing about it? Please help! Or I will return it back to you tomorrow!
