Turbo Pre-Paid Mobile Broadboand won't let me connect...

....to the iTunes Store or Dropbox.

For Dropbox I have tried entering my IP address and network into the recommended fields but it still won't connect.

 

iTunes tells me that I need to check if my 'network connection is active'.

 

Any suggestions?

Stupid question, but do you have network connection everywhere else?

 

Can you check http://myprepaid.telstra.com/ppmbb to make sure you have Pre-Paid Credit left.

 

Are you using a Mac or PC?

I do still have credit, but I am close to topping it up.  But I can still access everything else!

 

I am using Windows XP on an Acer laptop.

Ok I have since recharged my account. I have also solved the Dropbox problem. As my IP address changes everytime I connect, it couldn't find my stuff! I was able to bypass the proxy and it is all good. However, iTunes is still not letting me check for updates or open the iTunes Store. I really appreciate your help!

I am still having no luck with iTunes.

 

Do any other Turbo Mobile Broadband users have this problem and any suggestions how I can fix it?

Nickee. I have just started re-using Telstra Turbo stick. I had no problem using Itunes store or any other Itunes features. If all your other programs are working fine then it wont be your Turbo stick. you would have to look at reinstalling Itunes which is easy (just google it), checking passwords etc.

For the time being I have found a way around it without using the iTunes Store.

 

Now I am on hols I will spend the time uninstalling, etc!
