Try this...
Take the sim out and put it in your phone.
Dial 125 88 88 and follow the prompts.
Put the sim back into your device and your done.
Also, Under "MyAccount" ,, click on "MyPrePaid Home" .. you can enter your recharge code

Can you borrow a telstra phone that uses a normal sim... would be a lot easier if you don't have a login?

I wanted to ask another question about this because I feel like the screenshot above might be before a redesign.
Firstly, I don't know how to log in. I'm logged in as my Crowd Support ID and that doesn't have my wirelss wifi linked. When I try to register another device it won't allow me to use the service number (it's like it's expecting a mobile number rather than a wifi number.)
Secondly, when I enter my Service Number without logging in- I only have the option to recharge using credit card (there's no vouchers option.) Any ideas - please help. Oh the number on the receipt only works from a telstra device
