Unexplained high data usage- shared data e

I have recently been told By Telstra that i have been placed on a shared data plan- but I have not requested this!! Now I have received my phone bill at $244! And I am up to $278 on this months! When I am not using my data any more often than usual. Has anyone had this problem??

The new plans share data across devices when their services are on the same account.


Do you have more than one device on your account?


On the Bill that you have just received, what are the charges that have been listed under each section?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
