Waiting for Mobile Broadband Activation

On Saturday 2nd March at 11am I activated my Prepaid Mobile Broadband on the Telstra website. The website said it would take up to 2 hours. I then got an email saying that the process was started and would take up to 4 hours. It has now been 60 odd hours and still not activated.

 

I have phoned Telstra twice and they both said they cannot help and simply to wait another 24hrs. I also tried using Live Chat and was told that someone would call me back within 3 days!

 

It is simply not good enough. I just want it activated and working like I have paid for.

How long did it take because I am having the same problem

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
