I hope the connection is up and running again for you all soon - if there is a widespread fault or maintenance work in your area this should be listed at https://tel.st/bl59z along with updates on the restoration time. If the extent of the fault is greater than originally assessed or if specialised equipment is needed for the repairs then this time will be affected.
If the NBN rollout has been completed in your area (even if you're still using ADSL or cable), and repair and maintenance works are handled by NBNCo technicians, so we would be awaiting reports from them regarding the repair timeframe.
In the meantime our Tech Support teams on 133 933 (for ADSL or cable connections) or 1800 834 273 (for NBN services) would be best to contact regarding any interim connection options available for the downtime.
