device can't connect to Mobile broadband wifi

i have been using my pre-paid mobile broadband wifi pocket modem for 2 years (on occasional case though). however today i suddenly find none of my devices can connect to it any longer.  I have tried to restore the default settings by re-set the device but it doesn't work. 


The SSID is visible however when i tried to connect with the default password it just doesn't connect. 


Note that I have not changed any SSID name or default password at all. 


please help.
