Re: eSim support for Windows 10 devices

Hi @MH75,

There should be a preloaded app on any Windows 10 compatible device that will then connect you to the website to select a plan option.

Details on this announcement can be found here: https://tel.st/3vx5n

Hi MH75,

Please check with the manufacturer of your device directly in regards to accessing the necessary software to access this service. The link above mentions an app called Mobile Plans.

Re: eSim support for Windows 10 devices

Unable to redeem offer. It came up with error message: "The government database that we use to verify your ID is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later." It's had that message for a couple of days now.

It went through but then came up with this error:

And then this error:

No longer activatable.png

Re: eSim support for Windows 10 devices

Can you try to access the Telstra Support page via the Mobile Plan application to troubleshoot the issue? Ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet and have your Telstra username and password ready.

Let me know how this goes.
