prepaid broadband

Hi everyone,

got 2 new prepaid devices. How do I add them to  "add an account" ?

Not a dimwit at all, its a bit confusing actually.

 

You log out of my Account, and go in to register again - https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/register

 

You then enter your Pre-Paid number, contact details, and email address.

 

You then select that you have an existing username and password, and enter the details

 

This should work for you Smiley Very Happy

Can you be a little bit more specific? What exactly would you like to add them to?

Thanks for getting back so fast.

In  "my account" all my other services are listed (data, home phone, prepaid mobile) So how do I add another prepaid ? It asks for account number, to be found on bill, but there are no bills with prepaid. Sorry to be such a dimwit.
