have been trying since probably may 2016
to actually get a reasonable english speaking person at telstra/bigpond.
THis "live chat" is useless .a rote answer or a non applicable answer is given-and when u type maybe 2 words a minute is not good
The phone in well forget it it
hours and hours useless and still no response
Complaint form-yes telstra have a complaint form-they do help
with one minute aspect
and then boopm you are gone
They have removed the "leave it with us" application-at least you got a response in writing
even if it is meaningless-great work?????
Are these poor telstra workers paid directly as a preportion to the number of people they get rid of?
In any event the blurred lines between telstra and bigpond are amazing??
ok had me rant
any one have a real telstra contact(no i dont want to phone and waste hours)
in fact i have near forgotten my problem/requirements
