Hi @Jo2477
You should be able to access messages (and other features and settings for the Nighthawk) through the Netgear Mobile app, https://tel.st/pkeyd. If this isn't working for you, our Mobiles teams on 13 22 00 or Netgear App support (https://tel.st/4rbkx) can investigate and advise further.

Hi DougF, it is quite easy to delete messages. Can I confirm what device you want to delete the messages from please?

Telstra should not even be allowing incoming sms/text messages - mostly spam... just eating your precious bandwidth allowance and Telstra do not care about your data.
I suggest opening a live chat session and get them to block sms on that service number if not ALL then at least block anything that is not from Telstra. I could be wrong, but I think people maybe have a misconception about "messages" on nighthawk. It is a MODEM and should not have messaging.
Secondly, how do you get on with going to 192.168.1.1 ?
-- well that is the default IP for nighthawk M2 (mine), so I'm taking a guess that it's the same.
