$10 Port-in Credit Eligibility

Just wondering if the $10 Port-in credit for new customers is eligible on the $39 BYO plan?
I have checked retail live but have had no luck in getting a clear answer.
Thanks in advance.

Re: $10 Port-in Credit Eligibility

As this is a public forum, not a Telstra internal support team it is unlikely you will get an accurate answer via here...

If you aren't able to find clear eligibility on RetailLive I would suggest speaking to Retail Support as they should have the exact eligibility and be able to confirm for you. Typically from the previous offers that have been publically listed there is a minimum spend per month before it applies but they should be able to assist you.
