Hi, I recently signed my wife up to the new $50 Go Mobile Plus BYO Plan. Part of the offer included 6 Months free Netflix.
When I go to https://hub.telstra.com.au/offers.html, I can see the 6 Month Netflix offer, but when I try to select it I get an error message:
We're facing a small technical issue.Please bear with us & try again."
I have tried different browsers, different devices etc. and keep getting the same error message.
I've also followed the URL to the Netflix page (https://www.netflix.com/partner/home?browser=external&ptoken=%3Ccode%3E) and here I get an error message:
"Sorry, this offer can’t be found.You may still sign up for a Netflix account without this offer, or return to the partner website and try again."
I am keen to take up this offer asap as my current paid Netflix service rolls over in 3 days.
Any advice is appreciated.

Just to confirm, are you trying to redeem this offer on your wife's phone, whilst it's connected to 3G/ 4G?
