Applewatch

Can someone tell me why a applewatch series 5 will work on a post paid but not a prepaid

Hi @alby1, as far as I'm aware it is because using your cellular Apple Watch on the Telstra network requires a subscription to Telstra One Number, which is a postpaid service at $5 per month, to my knowledge no similar product exists for prepaid customers, maybe one of the support team will be able to confirm this though.

I understand that but to go on a post paid so the watch will work they want $55 a month where as I’m paying $30 on prepaid a month for the same thing minus the watch which is $5 extra a month I cannot see where they can justify that 

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
