Assure Claim Overseas

Hi there,


I have lost my phone overseas, I have been using a US based phone/Sim card for the past few days. I am wanting to know 1. How to claim mobile assure if I don’t have the phone anymore and 2. Is a replacement phone able to be sent overseas as I am only borrowing one at the moment.
