If you are trying to log in via your home broadband web browser you could try flushing your DNS.
I've had/have issue with Telstra that I have even have to use a VPN just to log into myaccount.
@Angry131 Update: I am seeing issues on a number of Telstra webpages myself.
I can't access Telstra's NBN plans unless I am using a VPN.
