Can't change my plan

In the iOS Telstra App Im trying to change my plan from 15GB small to 60GB medium plan. I've applied 3 times and 3 times I have seen the "pending " status but nothing ends up happening. Is this a common problem? 


Any help is appreciated

I would suggest calling 13 22 00 and say 'Mobile Billing'
