Hi team, I ordered a Samsung S10 but wanted to order the Samsungs10+. I called and spoke to someone online and they advised I could not amend order. My wife took delivery this morning of phone not realising it was the phone. What are my options as I would like to return and get the Samsung s10+ ??
Hi darkdetective77, As the handset has been delivered (even thought it is still unopened) the only thing that can be done to make a change would be to pay out the one you have now and then place a new order for the Samsung s10+. There is no way to return the s10 and upgrade this to the s10+ without any out of pocket charges.
