Appreciate that you would like to hance your plan if you are now out of contract.
Is there any specific option you are considering? As most plan options are possible online here: http://tel.st/jtbtt for SIM only plans.
With the Live Chat issue, can you try to use desktop mode for the mobile browser you are using?
In regards to the international number which is free from your Telstra mobile (+61439125109) you can request for the team to transfer you to Sales and Billing.
