Downgrading my ipad plan

Hi there I am trying to downgrade my Ipad Pro data plan as it is on the incorrect plan. I was unable to be put on the correct data plan instore as the computers were laggy and the representative had no idea why he couldn't choose the data plan I wanted. Cheers

Because the hardware repayment is based on the initial contract it can’t be downgraded below the initial contract limit.

If there was an issue as described and the store aren’t able to resolve it about the best option would be to lodge an official complaint and have the complaints team look into it as I believe, at least from what I have seen, they would be the only team with any ability to fix it if anyone is able to.

Hello @worthywood, I apologise it's not possible to lower a contracted plan to a lower plan that your contract began on, without breaking the contract. This will result in the device repayment being charged in bulk on the next bill, and possibly an ETC depending on your service or recontract options. I have talked to telstra 24/7 chat two weeks ago and they said they would escalate my case and here is the reference number 1-1844948054104. I have not been contacted since can you help me out? cheers
