I originally opened my account and bought my phone in WA - we are now living in NSW. When I check messages - voicemail gives me my message time in WA not NSW time. For example if someone calls me at noon NSW time - mesagebank tells me the call was received at 9am. I have contacted telstra technical support about this and was told the problem was fixed but it has not been. I have turned my phone off and on twice since it was apparently fixed but no joy
