Good day, on the 29 th November 2018 I changed my plan for $49 and 15 gb to $49 for 30gb and for doing it online the operator gave me an extra 5gb wich makes it 35gb for $49. To date i have not received the extra 5gb data per momth. can we please rectify this. I do still have the transcript of our conversation.

You'll need to contact Telstra Billing on 132200 or via Live Chat 

to get this sorted.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
