Move credit to new prepaid plan

Answered

I just changed to the long life prepaid plan.

I used to be on the simplicity one.

My credit has 4 days left (I have $23).

I really don't want to lose all that money.

If I recharge now, will that $23 still expire or be added onto the amount I recharge?

Thanks.

Re: Move credit to new prepaid plan

Heya Zoron19,

Should you recharge prior to the expiry date, the remaining allowance will roll over, therefore, you'll have the $23 credit + your recharge amount.

Please note, Bonus Credit does not rollover.

Hope this helps. Smiley Happy
