I just signed up to a new plan ($49 a month) with BYO SIM, when I signed up it gave me a $10 bonus, when I received the details of my plan, no where did it say the $10 discount, can you please advise, this is not what I singed for,

I believe the plan details you received are for the standard plan cost before any discounts. 


To have this confirmed contact Telstra via Live Chat

Or ring 132200.

They'll be able to look at your Account and tell you if you're definitely going to get the $10 Discount.
