So i have tried 3 times to walk into a telstra store to recontract a device, each time i couldn't be seen until at minimum the next day "need a booking"
Go to book an appointment for today -- No times availabe -.-
When did telstra become apple.... I'm really tempted to just switch..... any advice how to actually get into a store on the same day? I don't need tech support, i just need the device on the same plan...
