Is there an issue with Note 9's I have been trying to find out what is happening with my order? I talk to the chat 24/7 and get the run around and no straight answers

getting to be a bit of a joke

Hi Tack, my apologies for the poor experience with the order progress and I trust this can be sorted out for you soon. If you've placed a preorder then a confirmation email with order reference details would have been sent to you, and once your order is completed and dispatched you'll receive a follow-up email with a delivery tracking number. You can also check progress of your order via http://tel.st/wbgxn

 

While we're not able to access accounts via posts on these forums, the teams on 13 22 00 or through the online chat service at  http://tel.st/tcq9w can also investigate and follow up.

They're really your only options for support. The staff who monitor this forum cannot access the system areas that can provide the answers that you are looking for. The only way to get answers is through the official support channels that were outlined above.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
