Generally speaking, Telstra does not price match.

There is a number of reasons for that, the most obvious is that they have a much larger network and their theoretical and typical speeds are normally higher than either of the other two networks. Essentially you are paying a little extra to get the coverage and speed that only Telstra's network is able to provide overall.

That being said, as this is a public forum no one here can give you an official answer on if there is any chance.

If you are an existing Telstra customer and looking at changing to Optus I would suggest calling 13 22 00 and say "disconnect" you will get a specialised team who will be able to look over everything and see if they can find you a solution that meets your expectations. They are available from 8:30am to 9pm.
