Currently on a business plan that has expired, and wish to move number to a new personal mx (self serve only) plan, I have the paperwork signed to port the number, but before I start a new account; am I able to lodge this type of port change by myself? As I need to send the change of ownership form somewhere (which stops being “self serve”)
You are able to lodge this request yourself. If you weren't wanting to keep the number, it would be easier to just start a new Consumer account, however I also acknowledge the convenience of retaining your existing number.
