Same issue here, only I'm trying to have a number ported from one telstra account to another.  Almost 6 weeks now and all I get is "back of house is working on it".  I'm on my second case manager now, but neither communicate unless repeatedly asked.  Everyone's been very apologetic and friendly, but that's useless when there is no action to actually resolve the issue.

Sorry to hear. Appreciate your patience in this. How recently have you spoken with that second case manager? I'd like to know this is almost resolved. - Matthew.
