When moving from prepaid to post paid, when can I start using the new postpaid inclusions?

Your new post paid inclusions becoming available for you to use depending on a number of factors.

If you have your order reference number you can check the status of your order, including hardware:

However if you don't have a reference number, if you are just moving to a new BYO post paid phone plan, the general rule of thumb is up to 24 hours after placing the order.

You should get a text telling you what your data allowance is once the change has completed.

Sometimes turning your phone off and on can jump start this process also.
