Hi, I am trying to activate my SIM at telstra.com/activate, but the form is saying that the order number that I recieved on the letter is stating that it is an incorrect order number, which it isn't. There is either somthing wrong with the form or with my order.
Luckily, I have an existing Sim I can use in the meantime, and will wait the 48hrs to see if it is activated automatically.
If it's not activated should I call up mobile activations?
