When I receive a voicemail, there is no norifications. 4 hours with Telstra support it’s not fixed.
this is not message2txt or anything like that. Just a message to tell me to call 101.
tries the usual reset settings etc. any tips?

What model phone are you using?
Are you receiving other text messages?
Is iMessage on or off please? worth trying both ways.
Has tech support spoke of resetting the messagebank in the Telstra system?
Thanks for the reply. Yes I’m receiving all my other SMS messages. Telstra is already trying to reset the message bank but this hasn’t helped the problem. Overturn iMessage on and off this doesn’t seem to change what happens. I’ve also reset the network settings.
