Called Telstra to renew two mobile business phone plans - used the number listed on the business website. It 20 mins for the Tesltra employee to determine that I had been put through to the wrong department, and I was then expected to wait in the queue to be answered by the correct department. In that time I sourced Optus plans at a cheaper price with far better terms and features, and got the new plans completed. Numbers being ported shortly. Telstra, Its little wonder that the shares on on the slide.
